We rented an apartment at Canada Suites on Bay and the overall experience was great! The furnished apartment was very clean and especially the kitchen came in handy when you wanted to cook something instead of eating out. The location was ideal due to its proximity to the hospitals and rehabilitation centers, but also restaurants, sights, and several subway stations like College, Dundas or Queen's park. The whole booking procedure, check-in, and check-out were simple and their team associate was very kind and professional. I surely can recommend staying at Canada Suites and am looking forward to a next, hopefully, more touristic, stay.
Stayed 3 nites at 832 Bay Street building. 2 Bedroom Suite which was very clean, nice view of downtown and most of all a fully Equipped kitchen with everything you can ask for. Suite also had very nice Washer n Dryer! Just like a Home away from Home!
Wanted to express how fantastic our stay was at Canada Suites on the Bay. Was in town for a week long course and it was perfectly situated, close to all amenities, shops, transportation, etc. The rates were phenomenal considering hotel rates in downtown Toronto. We enjoyed having a kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, fireplace, bedroom. It was a home away from home. Room was spotless, the place was quiet and fully secured. Last but not least the manager Mike was absolutely phenomenal, very responsive to our every need, friendly and accommodating and provided service with a smile. He is definitely an asset to this company. We will definitely book Canada Suites in the future.
We stayed 8 nights at Canada Suites on Bay in February while a family member had surgery at Toronto General Hospital and it was perfect. The location was outstanding and was only a five minute walk to the hospital, making visits so easy. Really, the Suites are close to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, groceries, parks, attractions, etc., were all extremely close. Having the option to purchase underground, secure parking was also a major bonus so that we didn't have to worry about more expensive parking lots, feeding meters or snow removal. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, which afforded us extra space and privacy. The Suite had a small but perfectly appointed kitchen with everything you need, which was wonderful for cooking our own meals and making us feel more at home. The beds were very comfortable and suite was very clean. Wifi was strong and fast. Michael was responsive, kind and understanding when we had to extend our stay several times due to my family members medical needs, which was incredibly appreciated. Even the cleaning staff were lovely to deal with! We would definitely recommend staying at Canada Suites, especially for an extended period of time.
Excellent building , Quiet, clean with excellent view, Great walking access to all areas of downtown Toronto. Stayed for 9 nights with no issues with anything. Canada suites were very friendly and helpful , handled everything remotely and met us in lobby as agreed . Would recommend as good value and will use again in future. Everett.
Stayed at Canada Suites on Bay for 5 days while my son received treatment at SickKids hospital. We booked the stay only days prior to our arrival and did not have any issues. Host was very accommodating, even when we made a super last minute request to extend our stay for an extra night. Host was also very patient with me as we communicated through email/text and (slowly) returned our signed agreement and invoices. The place was clean when we arrived and had fresh linen as well as basic home essentials (soaps, cleaning supplies, etc) for us to use. Would def stay here again!
Very quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment in great location. We had all amenities we could wish for. The kitchen was fully equipped and we prepared our meals several times. Bed was very comfortable, had lots of pillows and a nice duvet. Located near shops and supermarkets. Food court and lots of take out places nearby. Street car stop and subway station were few minutes away. We had a great stay in Toronto thanks to Canada Suites on Bay and will recommend this place to friends and family. Review by RodenReviews
We stayed 4 nights and had an amazing time! The location is perfect, there are many grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. Even if it is located near a busy street, it was so quiet, we couldn't believe we were in this big city! We definitely recommend this place, and will be back for sure. However, we believe it would be even better with more hooks, especially for towels (as there was only one hook in the whole apartment), dish soap, sharper knives, some basic items like condiments, salt, pepper, butter (and other items you can't really buy if you only stay for a couple nights, but will definitely need if you eat at home).
